Ordering Process

All items can be picked up in Fairfax City, VA. We will help you load larger items on trailers. Larger items can be freight shipped to a freight depot near you, and smaller items can be shipped to your door.

To start an order, fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page or email us at tarheelmetalworks@gmail.com. We will review which items you want to order, any customizations, and generate a shipping quote. Once that's done, you'll receive an invoice via email with secure payment links.

All orders require a 75% deposit to start fabrication, with the remaining 25% due before pickup or shipping. Once fabrication starts, the deposit is non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted, however we guarantee the workmanship of our products and will work with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
