Direct heat barbecue, reverse or traditional flow indirect smoking using 1/4" tuning plates, and charcoal grilling with the optional grilling basket. Nearly 900 square inches of cooking space for 4-5 briskets or racks of ribs, 8-10 pork butts, or enough chickens to feed your neighborhood.

• 1/4" carbon steel construction, fully welded, built like a tank

• 1.5" of foil lined ceramic insulation sandwiched between two 1/4" steel plates form the insulated base -- it's so well insulated, I can hold my hand under the smoker and just feel warm.

• CNC cut 3/16" carbon steel cooking grates are easy to clean and an attractive step up from the standard expanded steel grates
